RENATO CONSTANTINI

Peru Director

Renato Constantini serves as the Country Head of Peru at TC Latin America Partners, overseeing portfolio investment asset management. With over two decades of experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Constantini possesses expertise in structuring and marketing residential, industrial, and commercial assets.

Before joining TC Latin America Partners in 2023, Mr. Constantini held positions at various real estate consulting firms, accumulating more than 18 years of experience in real estate transactions. During this tenure, he specialized in the disposition of large-scale commercial properties, including office buildings, warehouses, and shopping centers.

Renato holds an M.B.A. from Universidad Nebrija in Spain and a B.A. in Real Estate Management and Development from Universidad Esan in Lima, Peru.

ALEJANDRO O’CONNOR

Fund Controller

Alejandro O’Connor serves as the Fund Controller at TC Latin America Partners. With a background spanning over 9 years, primarily in financial and operational audits within financial institutions and investment funds, he oversees the firm’s financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence.

Prior to joining TC Latin America Partners in 2023, Mr. O’Connor served as an Audit Manager and Digital Transformation Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Dominican Republic. In this role, he conducted extensive financial audits for major financial groups in the Dominican Republic, including banks, investment fund administrators, and multiple funds.

Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Alejandro de Humboldt University in Venezuela and holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from Masters Institute in Colombia.

SABRINA ROSAS

Analyst

Sabrina Rosas is an Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Mexico.  

Prior to joining the Firm in 2023, Sabrina worked as an investment financial analyst and asset management in a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate in the United States. Sabrina started her career at BEEL Infrastructure Partners, an institutional fund focused on financing infrastructure sector in Latin America 

 Sabrina holds a Bachelor in International Business from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Guadalajara, where she graduated with honors. 

LUIS A. SANTANA

Partner and Chief Financial Officer

Luis Santana is Partner and Chief Financial Officer of TC Latin America  Partners.

He has over 15 years of experience in structuring, accounting, valuation and operations of private equity funds and investments in the United States and Latin America.

In his role as CFO , Mr. Santana oversees all aspects of fund structuring, financial operations, accounting, tax, treasury, valuation and investor reporting.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2015, Mr. Santana was a member of the private equity funds group at Och-Ziff, where he was involved in the structuring and valuation of private investments, as well as the administration of the firm’s private equity funds.

Luis holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Baruch College in New York, where he graduated with honors.

JOSÉ CANELA

Senior Analyst

Jose Canela is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners, where he is responsible for supporting the executive team in investor relations, fundraising, business development, and sustainability.

Prior to joining TC in 2022, he worked as Financial Manager at Grupo ICA, one of the largest infrastructure companies in Mexico. Jose started his career as an intern in Angel Ventures, a venture capital private equity fund.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City and he has approved the first level of the CFA designation.

ANDRÉS ANDERSON

Associate

Andrés Anderson is an Associate at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, Andrés worked as an investment banking analyst in Provicapital Partners and Global Securities Colombia, where he structured corporate debt and participated on different M&A projects in Central and South America. Prior to his experience as investment banking analyst, he worked as a consultant for the Transaction Services division of  PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Andres holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana de Venezuela and obtained a Financial Management diploma from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.

FELIPE POSADA

Vice President

Felipe Posada is a Vice President at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Mr. Posada worked at Itaú Colombia leading a corporate credit team and analyzing loans and structured projects for the largest companies in the country. Prior to Itaú, he was part of the Grupo Bolívar trainee program, where he worked for different companies of the conglomerate.

Felipe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, where he graduated with honors.

GIOVANNI CHUQUIPIONDO

Associate

Giovanni Chuquipiondo is an Associate at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for underwriting, asset management and disposition of portfolio investments in Peru.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Mr. Chuquipiondo worked as an associate at Credicorp Capital Asset Management, a regional asset manager, where he was involved in the deployment of the real estate fund in Peru and participated in the fundraising of the first REIT in the country. He was responsible for the underwriting, analysis and negotiation of new transactions and new investment vehicles. Prior to Credicorp Capital, he worked at Interseguro Compañía de Seguros, the largest insurance company in Peru, where he was responsible for the underwriting and asset management of real estate assets.

Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru.

IAN VAN OORDT

Senior Analyst

Ian van Oordt is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Peru.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Ian worked as an investment analyst in Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of FIBRA Activos Inmobiliarios and Colliers International Peru group, where he assisted in the underwriting and commercialization process of real estate and private debt investments. Prior to his experience as analyst, he worked as a sales & trading trainee for Inteligo SAB, Intercorp, where he assisted in the initial public offering of Intercorp Financial Services (IFS) at the New York Stock Exchange.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.”

ALEJANDRO RUIZ

Director

Alejandro Ruiz is a Director at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia. He brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and has structured projects that exceed US$650 million in investment.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Business Development at Apiros, a large developer in Colombia, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring real estate investment opportunities across all asset types. Prior to Apiros, he worked at Grupo Gradeco, Construcciones Arrecife and Grama Construcciones, where he specialized in project management and project financing. Additionally, Mr. Ruiz is an Associate Professor of the Engineering Faculty at Universidad Javeriana.

Alejandro holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, where he graduated with honors.

JULIANA SOTO

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Juliana Soto is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TC Latin America Partners. She has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry in Latin America and is responsible for the firm’s investor relations, fundraising, business development and marketing.

Ms. Soto has worked for the Firm since 2012, based out of TC’s local offices in Bogota, New York and Mexico City. During her career at TC, she has also been involved in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia and Mexico.

Prior to joining TC, she worked for the investment banking division of Banco Santander in Bogota, and for Inverlink, a Colombian investment banking boutique firm.

Juliana holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia, where she graduated with honors.

NATALIA MONDRAGÓN

Senior Analyst

Natalia Mondragón is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners, where she is responsible for supporting the executive team in investor relations, fundraising, business development, and sustainability.

Prior to joining TC in 2021, she worked as an investment and asset management analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Canadian real estate investor and operator. Natalia started her career at the alternative investments division of Citibanamex Afore, a Mexican pension fund, where she worked as an analyst.

Natalia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City and she has approved the first level of the CFA designation.

ANDRÉS ESCOBAR

Partner and Managing Director

Andrés Escobar is Partner and Managing Director of TC Latin America Partners for the office in Colombia. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, where he has worked for various international funds, such as JER Partners in Mexico City and RREEF in London.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, he worked for eight years in various leadership roles at Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias, one of the most important real estate funds in Colombia. At Inverlink, he led multiple transactions in different asset types, particularly office and industrial, and managed fundraising processes with institunional and retail investors. Mr. Escobar began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Andrés holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Georgetown University.

CHRISTOPHER NAVAS

Controller

Christopher Navas is the Financial Controller of TC Latin America Partners. He brings over 11 years of experience in the investment funds industry and is responsible for the firm´s financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2017, Mr. Navas was Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), where he worked for two years in PwC’s investment funds practice in New York and six years in the audit practice in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Puerto Rico.

GREGORIO SCHNEIDER

Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Gregorio Schneider is the Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of TC Latin America Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience in emerging markets, investing in both the public and private markets through a variety of assets and strategies, including debt, equity, distressed assets and real estate.

Prior to forming TC Latin America Partners in 2012, Mr. Schneider was Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets at Och-Ziff Capital Management. During his tenure at Och-Ziff, Gregorio was responsible for building the firm’s capabilities, strategic relationships and investment portfolio in Latin America and Eastern Europe.

Before joining Och-Ziff, Mr. Schneider was the Portfolio Manager responsible for Emerging Markets special situations investments at The Rohatyn Group. He also worked at Spinnaker Capital, Crédit Agricole Indosuez and the real estate division of Banamex.

Mr. Schneider has served on the boards of various Latin American companies and has been recognized by the World Economic Forum for his work with developing countries. He is a member of the Board of Qualitas of Life Foundation, The Proviváh Donor Fund and the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School. He is also a member of the EMPEA Latin America Council and the LAVCA real estate council.

Gregorio holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City.

DANIEL GRUNBERG

Founding Partner and Managing Director

Daniel Grunberg is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of TC Latin America Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience negotiating and implementing legal and financial structures in emerging markets.

Prior to forming TC Latin America Partners in 2012, Mr. Grunberg, alongside Gregorio Schneider, was a member of the Emerging Markets group at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Since the creation of the group, he helped to manage and structure the real estate investments of Och-Ziff in Turkey, Peru and other markets. Prior to joining Och-Ziff, Mr. Grunberg worked alongside Mr. Schneider at The Rohatyn Group, where he managed, structured and executed transactions in Emerging Markets.

Prior to joining The Rohatyn Group, Daniel was General Counsel at Sojitz Corporation of America, a global Japanese trading company with offices and operations across Latin America. While at Sojitz, he was involved in the management of a private debt and equity portfolio that included real estate assets in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and the United States. Before joining Sojitz, Mr. Grunberg was Executive Director of Illinova Generating Company (now Dynergy), where he developed power generation projects in Colombia, Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.

Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, a Master in Law from Fordham University and a Master of Philosophy from New York University. He also holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, and a bachelor’s degree in Literature from Universidad Central de Venezuela.

Daniel is Adjunct Professor at Fordham School of Law.

BRADO DELGADO

Vice President

Brado Delgado is a Vice President at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Peru. Brado is a returning employee at TC, having worked here as an Analyst in the investment team in Peru in 2016.

Prior to rejoining the Firm in 2020, Brado was the Regional Finance Manager for Latin America at The Nature Conservancy, leading the financial planning and financial sustainability of the region. He began his career in the investment banking division of Credicorp Capital, structuring debt and equity securities.

Brado holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru.

ALFONSO SÁNCHEZ

Associate

Alfonso Sánchez is an Associate at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Mexico.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, he worked for Prologis, a Real Estate Investment Trust (­REIT-) focused on industrial assets, where he was part of the capital deployment group. At Prologis, he was responsible for the financial analysis of new projects; he also supported the team in the execution of portfolio transactions and managed Mexico’s investment pipeline.

Alfonso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a pre-MBA diploma from Harvard Business School.

ANTONIO SUCCAR

Analyst

Antonio Succar is an Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Antonio worked as a financial control analyst at Mallplaza, one of the most important mall operators in Latin America, where he was responsible for the financial performance of portfolio assets.  Before Mallplaza, Antonio, worked as a financial planning analyst at Terpel, the Colombian fuel retailer with the largest  network  in the country. At Terpel, he supported the different business units  in their budget process and made feasibility analysis for new projects.

Antonio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia, and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance at the same university.

DANIELA ALBERDI

Analyst

Daniela Alberdi is an Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Peru.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2020, she worked as a corporate finance analyst at Ernst & Young,  where she was involved in the elaboration and audit of financial models of several sectors.

Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima, Peru.

LAURA PARRA

Junior Analyst

Laura Parra is a Junior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Laura was part of Citibank’s Investment Banking Internship program, where she was involved in the execution of different M&A transactions in Colombia.

Laura holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, as well as a Minor in Design from the same University.
